How to enable smileys for comments

If you follow my post here,you could allow users to post animated smileys in their comments to your blog.
To do this,
Enable your blogspot's comment form.After you have enabled your blog's comment form,
Go to Design > Edit HTML section
Select the expand widget templates option(found on top-right side of your blog's template code within the text area)
Now press ctrl+f, this is the find option,use this to find the following lines

Replace them with these lines

 ~x(
